I've looked.  You're referring to an issue that was closed 2005-04-15
(a little over 3 years ago).  If you're not happy with the resolution,
I can open a new issue for you.  But I can not change the resolution
of LWG 434.  If you would like to open an issue, just send me an email
with a brief discussion and proposed resolution.
