Somebody on the Nasm beginner list is looking for a "run-time
assembler" after deciding it is too much work to develop a static
library.

Jeff Owen's "domac" script language is interesting.

Stumbled on a link to HT Edit -- some sort of hex-edit, text-edit,
dissassembler in one -- at pagetable.com but the dang thing is a bunch
of C++ bloatware and looks like crap.
